November 2014 - One of Glendale’s most popular eateries, Wooden Fork Restaurant, signs a long-term lease on Brand Blvd. with the diligent assistance of tenant advocate, Narine Zardarian.

December 2014 – L L N N Enterprises, Inc. expands to a second location in Van Nuys. Exclusive Tenant Representative, Narine Zardarian, found and negotiated a lease on their new 6,000 square foot location within a two week period. Arguably, Zardarian was able to negotiate the most affordable industrial deal in the San Fernando Valley.

December 2014- With the assistance of Narine Zardarian, Allen Industrial Supply, a 50- year old company based out of Burbank, subleased half of its premises to Westlake Pro, a leading name in audio gear and studio design and integration. Westlake Pro has served music industry icons such as Britney Spears, Snoop Dogg, and the legendary, late Michael Jackson.

January 2015 – Tenant Representative, Narine Zardarian, relocates the Law Office of Alisa Goukasian from Glendale to 500 E. Olive in Burbank. Ms. Goukasian practices employment law, lemon law, and personal injury.
